Future Leadership Programs ACHSE EXCEL HEALTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM Date: TBA Venue: Doherty Ballarat Lodge, Ballarat Facilitator: Associate Professor John Rasa This interactive workshop is designed to explore the leadership competencies that health leaders need in order to be effective and manage clinical and corporate risk. The EXCEL Program is designed to improve senior managers knowledge and competencies so that they are appropriately skilled for the challenges that currently confront them in healthcare delivery. The workshop will examine contemporary case studies and develop skills in distributed leadership, improved teamwork and use of balanced scorecards in improving health service performance.
